Welcome to The Macke Corp (“Macke”, “we”, “us”, “our”). By using our website, products, or services, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using our site (www.themackecorp.com), placing an order, or creating an account, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our site.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to place an order or use our services. By using this site, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
3. Product Fulfillment
Our products are made‑to‑order and produced through trusted manufacturing/fulfillment partners (including Printify). Orders enter production after payment is confirmed.
Handling time: 1–2 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding U.S. holidays).
4. Shipping (United States only)
We currently ship to addresses within the United States.
4.1 Order cut‑off
Orders placed by 4:00 PM Eastern Time (Mon–Fri) begin processing the same business day. Orders placed after the cut‑off (or on weekends/holidays) begin processing the next business day.
4.2 Handling time
1–2 business days to prepare an order before shipment.
4.3 Transit time
3–7 business days from date of shipment (destination and carrier dependent).
4.4 Shipping cost
A flat rate of USD $4.75 per order. All prices and payments are processed in USD. Any currency conversions shown on the site are estimates only; your payment provider may apply its own conversion rate/fees.
4.5 Tracking & delivery
A shipment confirmation with tracking will be emailed when your order ships. Delivery estimates exclude delays outside our control (e.g., carrier disruptions, weather). Please verify your shipping address at checkout; we are not responsible for delivery issues caused by incomplete or incorrect addresses.
5. Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Our return process is designed to be clear and consistent with what is shown on our product listings.
5.1 Return window
You may return eligible items within 14 days of delivery.
5.2 Condition
Items must be new, unworn, and unwashed, with original tags/packaging. Please try on apparel carefully.
5.3 How to start a return
Email support@themackecorp.com with your order number within the return window. We will issue a prepaid return label.
5.4 Who pays return shipping
We cover the cost of return shipping for approved returns (a prepaid label is provided).
5.5 Refund timing
After the returned item is delivered to our facility and passes inspection, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the credit.
5.6 Exchanges
For the fastest service, please place a new order for the desired item/size and return the original item for a refund.
5.7 Non‑returnable items
Final‑sale items (if clearly labeled as such on the product page) and gift cards are not returnable. Items with signs of wear, washing, or damage not due to manufacturing defects are ineligible for return.
5.8 Damaged/defective items
If an item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos; we’ll replace or refund it at no cost to you.
6. Prices, Taxes, & Currency
All prices are listed and charged in USD. Applicable sales taxes, if any, are shown at checkout based on your shipping address.
7. User Accounts
You’re responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account.
8. Intellectual Property
All content, logos, product designs, graphics, and site layout are the intellectual property of The Macke Corp and may not be used without our written permission.
9. Third‑Party Services
We use third‑party platforms and partners (e.g., Squarespace, Printify, shipping carriers, payment processors). Their terms and privacy practices apply in addition to ours.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Macke Corp will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our services or products.
11. Modifications
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Effective Date” above will reflect the most recent version. Your continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
