At The Macke Corp, we believe customers should know exactly how orders are produced, shipped, and delivered. This Shipping Policy explains our order processing, made-to-order production timeline, shipping carriers, delivery estimates, and customer support process.

The Macke Corp sells original, made-to-order apparel and lifestyle products. Because our products are produced after an order is placed, delivery time includes both production time and shipping time.

1. Shipping Area

We currently ship to locations within the United States.

At this time, we do not offer international shipping. If this changes in the future, this Shipping Policy will be updated to reflect new shipping destinations, timelines, and costs.

2. Order Cut-Off Time

Orders placed before 4:00 PM Eastern Time, Monday through Friday, are scheduled to enter our order processing queue the same business day.

Orders placed after 4:00 PM Eastern Time, on weekends, or on U.S. public holidays will enter processing on the next business day.

3. Made-to-Order Production Time

Every item sold by The Macke Corp is made to order.

After your order is placed, it is sent to our trusted production partner, Printify, so your item can be produced, packaged, and prepared for shipment.

Typical production time is:

2–5 business days

Some items, including specialty products, embroidered items, or high-demand products, may take slightly longer depending on production volume, item type, and availability.

Production time does not include weekends or U.S. public holidays.

4. Shipping / Transit Time

Once your order has finished production and is handed to the carrier, transit time typically takes:

3–7 business days

Actual transit time may vary depending on your location, carrier capacity, weather, holidays, and other factors outside our control.

5. Total Estimated Delivery Window

Most U.S. orders arrive within:

5–12 business days from the date the order is placed

This estimate includes both:

  • Made-to-order production time

  • Carrier transit time

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed, but we work to keep customers updated and resolve shipping issues quickly.

6. Shipping Cost

A flat shipping rate of $4.75 USD applies to U.S. orders unless a different shipping cost is shown at checkout.

Shipping costs are displayed at checkout before payment is completed.

There is currently no free-shipping threshold.

7. Shipping Carriers

The Macke Corp may use the following carriers depending on product type, destination, and carrier availability:

  • USPS

  • UPS

  • FedEx

  • DHL

The carrier is selected based on the best available shipping option for your order.

8. Tracking Information

When your order ships, a tracking number will be sent to the email address used at checkout.

You can use the tracking number to monitor delivery progress. Tracking updates may take up to 24–48 hours to appear after the carrier receives the package.

9. Delays

While we work to meet the delivery estimates listed above, delays may happen due to:

  • Carrier delays

  • Weather conditions

  • High order volume

  • Production delays

  • Holidays

  • Incorrect shipping addresses

  • Events outside our control

If your order is significantly delayed, contact us at support@themackecorp.com and we will investigate the issue with the carrier or production partner.

10. Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.

If you notice an error in your shipping address, contact us as soon as possible at:

If the order has not entered production or shipment, we will try to update the address. Once an order has entered production or shipped, address changes may not be possible.

The Macke Corp is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

11. Lost, Missing, or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost, missing, damaged, or marked as delivered but not received, contact us at:

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • Your full name

  • The shipping address used at checkout

  • Tracking number, if available

  • Photos of any damage, if applicable

The Macke Corp will review the issue and work with the carrier or production partner to help resolve the matter.

Depending on the situation, we may offer a replacement, refund, or other resolution in accordance with our Return Policy and customer support process.

12. Order Cancellations

Because our products are made to order, cancellations are only possible if the order has not yet entered production.

If you need to cancel an order, contact us immediately at:

Once production begins, we may not be able to cancel or change the order.

13. Seller of Record

The Macke Corp is the seller of record for every order placed through www.themackecorp.com.

Although we work with Printify and other trusted service providers to help produce, package, and ship made-to-order products, The Macke Corp remains responsible for:

  • Customer service

  • Order support

  • Shipping issue resolution

  • Returns and refunds

  • Product quality concerns

  • Customer communications

Customers should contact The Macke Corp directly for all order, shipping, return, refund, and support questions.

You are not required to contact Printify or any third-party production partner.

14. Currency

All prices, shipping charges, and order totals are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD).
