1) Which locations does The Macke Corp ship to?
We currently ship to all locations within the United States.
2) What is the order cut‑off time for same‑day processing?
Orders placed before 04:00 PM (Eastern Time), Monday to Friday are scheduled to begin processing the same day. Orders placed after this time begin processing on the next business day.
3) How long does it take for my order to be shipped?
Most orders ship within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday), excluding weekends and U.S. public holidays.
4) What is the typical delivery time once my order is shipped?
Transit time is usually 3–7 business days, depending on your location within the U.S.
Total delivery window: 4–9 business days (handling + transit).
5) How much does shipping cost?
A flat rate of $4.75 (USD) applies to all orders shipped within the United States.
6) Will I receive tracking information for my order?
Yes. As soon as your order ships, a tracking number will be emailed to you so you can monitor your shipment.
7) What should I do if my order is delayed?
While we strive to deliver on time, delays can occur due to weather, carrier issues, or other unforeseen events. If your order is significantly delayed, contact us and we’ll help investigate.
8) Can I return or exchange an item if I’m not satisfied?
Yes. Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order, as long as the product is in new condition. Exchanges are available for defective or incorrect items.
9) Do I have to pay for return shipping?
No. A free return shipping label is included in your original package, so you won’t pay any return‑shipping fees.
10) How long does it take to receive my refund?
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, refunds are processed within 7 business days back to your original method of payment.
